VOTING OPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

“Member” means a member of MLHPOI who is a property owner at Mountain Lake Haliburton or is a vicinity (off waterfront) property owner who has been accepted for membership by the Board. Each paid-up member for 2025 (before the AMM) shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each property owned. Spouses who co-own their property are also entitled to one (1) vote. 

The Motions to be put to vote by the membership at the 2026 annual members meeting read:
1.    To accept the Agenda for the 2026 annual members meeting. 
2.    To accept the Minutes of the June 21, 2025 AMM
3.    To accept the 2025 Financial Statements
4.    To waive a Review Engagement (Audit) for the 2025 Financial Statements. 
5.    To elect all Candidates to the Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 term.

Options for voting are:

Vote In-person at the Annual Members Meeting on June 20th, 2026.

Vote By Proxy at the Annual Members Meeting.  A 2026 Proxy Form may be viewed and printed here:  Proxy holders must self-identify and present their proxy forms to the Chair of the AMM before commencement of the meeting.
